HI, I’m Dave.

I’m the owner, founder and bartender of Good Spirits. After spending the last 15 years working in cocktail bars in Dublin, Sydney, Melbourne and London, I settled here in Auckland. I wanted to bring the high end hospitality experience that I've been accustomed to direct to customers here in New Zealand with a mobile service.

Our approach is, we're serious about cocktails and even more serious about having fun. We've been through the good, the bad and the ugly, figured out what works, sprinkled a little magic on it and created Good Spirits. Our team are passionate about making cocktails, flavour experimentation, garnish aesthetics and making sure everyone has a great time, that's the ethos. We make the drinks, you enjoy yourself. Simple. We hire the best so you have the best time.

After 7 years running my cocktail catering business, I am so thrilled to expand beyond the bar with our new ready to drink bottled cocktail range.

We have taken the same care and precision we bring to every event and poured it into each bottle so you can enjoy something exceptional wherever you are.

With so many pre mixed drinks on the market, we saw a clear gap for something better. Something made by people who actually work behind the bar, who understand what makes a truly great drink.

We’ve worked hard behind the scenes; perfecting the recipes with our food scientists and mapping out the branding with our design team.

The result is a collection that captures the complexity of the cocktail bar experience - without requiring time, tools or expertise.
