Add an interactive cocktail masterclass to any of our cocktail or bartender packages. One of our mixologists will teach you the skills to make your favourite cocktails and give you a chance to shake your own in a relaxed environment.

WHAT EXACTLY IS INCLUDED IN YOUR COCKTAIL PACKAGES?
A typical 100 cocktail package with 2 or 3 cocktail choices includes; 100 crystal cut glasses, premium alcohol, handmade syrups, freshly squeezed juices, ice for the drinks and fresh seasonal local garnishes to make each drink look and taste beautiful. We also bring along all the equipment needed to shake and make each cocktail at your event such as cocktail shakers, ice crushers, knives and chopping boards. We will create customised menus for your event so your guests have a clear idea of what’s on offer at the bar. If you don’t have a serving area in your event space, we can bring along trestle tables with linen tablecloths to work from or rent out physical bars for $649 plus GST
ARE YOUR STAFF TRAINED?
All our staff have their LCQ and some have their managers cert. All our staff have years of experience in different cocktail bars and in events. We only hire the best to ensure you have the best time. Our staff truly love what they do.
ARE TIPS WELCOME?
Yes! If you’re loving the service of our hardworking staff and are feeling generous, our staff love to be tipped. However, please don't ever pay our staff cash for additional drinks or hours of service as we need to ensure tax and GST are paid on these items. We'll invoice you for the extra hours afterwards.
DO YOU HAVE A LIQUOR LICENSE?
We operate licenses on a case by case basis. Some private events don't require a liquor license but when it's required we'll arrange a special license based on your event.
WHAT ELSE CAN YOU PROVIDE?
We can organise pretty much anything related to a typical bar. We can provide chiller trailers, single and double long standing fridges and freezers, physical bars, trestle tables etc. Just let us know your idea and we'll make it happen.
HOW MANY HOURS SERVICE DO I GET WITH MY COCKTAIL PACKAGE?
On the day of your event, our bar staff will usually arrive up to an hour beforehand to set up the bar depending on the scale of your event. The larger the event the more hours set up we will need. This will depend on what we have to set up such as stocking the bar, crushing ice, setting up glassware etc. Once your guests start arriving our bartenders will serve you for 3 hours. Our bartenders are fast and may make the cocktails quicker than anticipated if your guests are thirsty! If that's the case, you can let your bartender know if you want to upgrade your package and we will send someone with more supplies. We upgrade packages in increments of 50. Additional bartender hours can also be arranged, and invoiced afterwards.
CAN YOU PROVIDE CASH BARS?
Yes we can provide a full cash/eftpos bar with cocktails, beer, bubbles, wines, spirits and a range of non-alcoholic options. There's a bit more administration involved with this so please give us as much notice as you can if you need a cash bar.
HOW MANY STAFF WILL BE AT MY EVENT?
Staff numbers depend on the amount of cocktails being served at your event. We also can provide wait staff, glassies and duty managers depending on your needs.
50 cocktails - 1 bartender
100 cocktails - 2 bartenders
200 cocktails - 3 bartenders, and so on.
DO YOU TRAVEL OUTSIDE OF AUCKLAND?
Although we are based in Auckland, we can travel anywhere within New Zealand. Get in touch with us and we can quote you for any additional travel cost.
WHERE CAN YOU SERVE FROM?
We can bring along trestle tables with linen tablecloths and work from these. Otherwise we're pretty versatile, we just need an adequate space. We roughly need about 1.5m per bartender. A kitchen counter or island usually works best or we can rent out physical bars starting from $649 plus GST per bar.
